If you are one of the many Villages® homeowners that lives here part-time, then we can help give you peace of mind while you are away. We offer personal, reliable service at reasonable rates for our Home Watch Services, and as Villagers ourselves, you can be assured that we will take excellent care of your property and communicate with you often.
MONTHLY - WITH WEEKLY INSPECTIONS - $60/MONTH - $75/MONTH (PREMIER HOMES & LARGE LOT HOMES)
This is the most popular Home Watch Service we offer and it includes all the specific services listed below.

Monthly With Weekly Inspection - $60 - $75/Month
Vacation Service - $25/Per Visit
EVERY VISIT
Exterior
Check for signs of intrusion
Check for broken windows
Check for storm damage
Remove any newspapers, phone books, or solicitation material from drive and front entrance area
Place any packages left outside inside
Sweep/Blow front entrance area
Check irrigation operation and look for broken sprinklers
Clean up any debris in the yard
Note any unusual sounds coming from external air conditioner unit
Check exterior lighting and change bulbs (if provided)
Note need for lawn mowing, weeding, trimming
Check the gas meter area for gas odor indicating a possible leak
EVERY VISIT
Interior
Check for any security breaches
Check for broken windows
Check ceilings for signs of leaks or mildew
Turn on water at all faucets and flush toilets
Check for signs of leaks in cabinets and around bases of toilets
Check for leaks from shower head and all faucets
Check water heater for leaks and make sure it is producing hot water
Check light switches
Replace interior light bulbs (if provided)
Check ceiling fan operation
Check for signs of insect or rodent infestation in main house
Verify refrigerator and freezer are working
Verify microwave, stovetop, and oven are working
Verify washer & dryer are working
Verify dishwasher is working
Verify garbage disposal is working
Make sure no breakers are tripped on the breaker panel
Check garage door operation
EVERY VISIT
If Requested
Check and change (if necessary) air conditioner filters
Take golf cart for a short ride and note any issues
Start stored vehicle
Retrieve mail from postal station
